Booking and Cancellation Policy
Booking
All Initial Consultations require a $25 deposit payable at the time of booking via credit card or direct debit can be made available in certain circumstances. This amount will be deducted from the final account on the day of your treatment. A refund is available if your appointment is cancelled within the terms of our cancellation policy.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. A cancellation fee is applicable to any cancellations without 24 hours notice. Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in full fee payment.
Packages
Packages are non-transferable or refundable and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
